With us by your side, you’ll be free to enjoy every moment of your wedding day (and the days leading up to it), stress free and without the overwhelm of having to do any of the on-the-day heavy lifting or coordinating yourselves.

Planning a Wedding takes an average of 250 hours. That's a lot of time!

Our signature Wedding Management service is the sweet spot between full-service wedding planning and day-of coordination. Whether you’re six months or 18 months away from your wedding, our support starts as soon as you hire us. You’ll have access to professional wedding planning resources and you’ll always be able to contact us for help with any of your planning questions.

Six weeks out from your wedding day, we’ll meet in person or virtually to discuss all of the details you’ve planned and assess what still needs to be done. Our team will lend a hand in these final tasks, including confirming details with each of your vendors and developing a comprehensive timeline for the big day.

On your wedding day you’ll take your places as guests of honour whilst the I Do Crew does the heavy lifting. You’ll have confidence that we’ll bring your vision to life seamlessly because we’ve taken the time to understand every detail of your carefully made plans. All that’s left is for you to get married and celebrate with your guests. Cheers! 

Wedding Management (also known as Wedding Coordination)

Sometimes you just need a little help, or an extra set of hands on your Wedding Day.

Whether it’s setting up your Garden wedding ceremony or elopement, managing the on-the-day transport needs of your family and other guests, coordinating vendors and accepting deliveries, setting up and packing down your decor, or something else, our experienced Creative Styling and Production Crew can help.

Pricing for this service varies depending on wedding size, scope, location, time of the day and logistics. Also included is a full debrief and if required, a site inspection, so we fully understand the work and your vision for your wedding day. A minimum spend of $700+GST is applied to this service.

I Do Crew is fully insured, experienced, punctual, creative and where required, super strong (for all that heavy lifting you don’t want to be doing yourselves). And they don’t mind the graveyard shift either (because you definitely don’t want to be packing down your wedding at midnight or later).

Our signature package is a comprehensive Wedding Day Management package that offers you planning support, week of wedding coordination and full on the day Management. It's perfect for weddings where you have multiple venues, are getting married on a private property or at a location where they do not usually host weddings. We'd argue it's an essential service if your venue doesn't come with a Coordinator who will be at your wedding to manage your vendors, timeline and logistics.

You'll choose Wedding Set Up & Styling if you feel confident that your wedding will run smoothly on the day because you're across all of the planning tasks and you have someone to manage the flow on the day - but, you need help the help of a Stylist to set up your decor at your Ceremony and/or Reception.

Yes we are! This is a great question and one you should ask every Vendor you're considering working with. In fact many venues now require all vendors to be insured.

We know your budget is important, which is why we have provided a price guide for our packages. We'll provide you with a custom quote & tailored package after we find out more about your wedding day and how we can help.

Do I need a Wedding Day Manager or Stylist?

The great thing about the I Do Crew is we don't have one style of wedding that we do well. Because we specialise in 'on the day' services we coordinate, style and set up all types of weddings, with varying budgets. One day you might find us on a private property along the coast of NSW and the next, at an inner city venue in Melbourne. 

Whilst we love multi-day marquee weddings that involve a big production schedule, we're just as happy coordinating your Church ceremony followed by a 5 course sit down dinner, styling your garden ceremony or the tables at your cocktail reception.

The support of family and friends is important when you're planning a wedding and on the day itself. But, before you say yes to them helping you on the day, consider whether this will alleviate work for you, or create it. A professional follows a process to ensure they are across every detail of your day and they have the experience needed to execute your vision and manage any problems that arise. And whilst your family and friends may be able to do this too, it's a difficult balancing act when you're trying to be a guest as well. Professional help is investment in you and your loved ones being able to enjoy all of the moments of your day.
