After subscribing your online wedding planning tool will be customised for your wedding by us, including adding vendor contacts, your guest list and any other details you've already confirmed at the time of subscribing. You'll also find videos and tutorials for getting started + details about how to use everything from the seating tool to the wedding website. And we're only an email or phone call away when you have questions or concerns about navigating the platform.

What support is available when I subscribe?

Planning a wedding is a team effort. From your photographer, to your caterer, florist, and venue you'll also collaborate with your fiance, friends, and family.  Share your online wedding planning portal with anyone you're working closely with to plan and execute your wedding day. Collaboration tools work especially well for sharing your wedding checklist, seating plan, inspiration boards and guest list.

Can I share the portal with my vendors?

Yes it is! When choosing your plan, consider your wedding date. You'll want to choose the option that gives you access to the wedding planning portal until just after your wedding day.

Is the payment really a once off fee?
